Architect Bruce Stephens, Bell Ingram’s Director of Design approached Alltec Construction to construct his new four-bedroom, three-bathroom family home near Coupar Angus in Perthshire. The contemporary home had many impressive and bold features such as a top floor balcony which incorporated a glazed balustrading, hot tub, sauna and views across the Perthshire countryside, neochrome cantilever cladded bedroom which protruded from the front façade, full height steel and timber cladded staircase with glazed balustrading and full height curtain walling, and open plan ground floor living space with kitchen, pantry, dining and living room.
